Term 2 Micro Groms – Registrations opening Sunday 19th April 5:00pm
**Please complete this form FIRST for each child being registered before making a purchase. Note this is the same form used for Dirt Groms, however please select Micro Grom under “Grom Level”.**

Term 2, 2026 Dates:
- Sunday 17th May – 2:30pm – 4:00pm
- Sunday 24th May – 2:30pm – 4:00pm
- Sunday 31st May – 2:30pm – 4:00pm
- Sunday 14th June – 2:30pm – 4:00pm
Gold Coast Mountain Bike Club will be trialling a 4 session balance bike coaching program for children under 5 years who are able to ride a balance bike. Micro Groms is an introductory program designed to give kids the skills and confidence to ride their balance bike in a fun, supportive environment alongside other children. The program provides a safe group setting to help participants progress towards mountain biking.
Micro Groms sessions will take place entirely within the Nerang Cycle Centre and will not enter the Nerang State Forest. Each Micro Grom must have their own functioning balance bike and a correctly fitted helmet. A parent or guardian must accompany each child at every session and ensure they have adequate water and snacks.
All participants must hold a current AusCycling membership, either through a paid membership or a 4 week free trial. The free trial is available for one time use only. Unfortunately, without the correct membership, Micro Groms will not be able to participate.
Become a member by joining AusCycling from $9.50/month or $81 for 12 months, and then nominating GCMTB (Gold Coast Mountain Bike Club) as your local club (+$10).
Pricing Details:
- $20.00. This must be paid in full and cannot be split across individual rides.
